Seafood Salad

Ingredients: 8 Oz. Macaroni Spirals 1 1/2 Cup Seafood of your choice (I prefer fake crab leg meat) 3 Hard Boiled Eggs 1 Small Can of Slice Black olives 1/2 Cup Celery, diced 1/3 Cup Bell Pepper, diced 1 Tbsp Mustard 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
Directions: Boil macaroni and let cool. In a separate bowl mash egg yolk with mustard and mayonnaise. Chop/dice all vegetables. Cut seafood into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients together.
Let chill 1 hour.
Place salad on a bed of lettuce leaves. |
