Curried Fruit

Ingredients:
15 Oz. Can of pears
1/2 C. Brown sugar
1/4 Tsp. ginger
1/2 Tsp. Curry powder
10 Oz Maraschino cherries
15 Oz Apricots halved
15 Oz Peaches sliced
15 Oz Pineapple tidbits
1 C. Fruit juice
1 1/2 Tbsp Corn starch
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Drain fruits well and arrange in a 9 x 13 glass dish using cherries last. Set aside. In a small pan, mix spices, brown sugar, butter, lemon juice and cornstarch together. Add the 1 C. of fruit juice( I use apricot and pineapple) and heat until thickened. Pour over fruit and place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
