Ingredients:
6 Oz Cooked Spaghetti Noodles
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Cup Mozarella Cheese
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Garlic
15 Oz. Tomato Sauce
6 Oz. Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Pound Hamburger
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
Directions:
Combine cooked noodles and butter.
Mix eggs & pamesan cheese in bowl and pour over noodles. Butter a pie plate and spread noodles in plate.
Spread cottage cheese over noodles.
Brown hamburger, onions, tomato paste , tomato sauce , sugar, garlic and oregano.
Pour meat mixture over cottage cheese.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Take out and pour mozarella cheese over spaghetti. Bake for 5 minutes more.
Double recipe for a 9x13 cake pan. |
