Ham & Cheese "Hot Pockets"

Ingredients: 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 2 c. cooked ham, chopped 3 T. spicy brown mustard 1/4 t. garlic powder Pizza dough, enough for 2 pizzas
Directions: Heat oven to 425°; grease two baking sheets. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheeses, ham, mustard and garlic powder; set aside. With one batch of the pizza dough, place on one baking sheet and, starting at center, press out dough with hands to a 14x8" rectangle. Cut the rectangle into four 7x4" rectangles. Spoon about ½ cup of the ham and cheese mixture onto one side of each rectangle; fold dough over filling and press edges with fork to seal and prick tops with fork. Repeat with remaining pizza dough and ham and cheese filling. Bake for 12 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. |
