Fiesta Corn Bread

Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Can Cream Style Corn
6 to 8 Slices American Cheese
2 Cup Milk
4 Eggs
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Sugar or Honey
3 Cup Corn Meal
1/2 Cup Chopped Jalapenos Peppers
1 Medium Onion
1 Tsp Salt
Directions:
Brown beef and onions then add peppers. Drain and set to the side.
In a large bowl combine the other ingredients. Stir in ground meat. Pour half of the mixture in an ungreased cake pan. Top with the cheese slices, then spoon the rest of the mixture on top of the cheese. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 1 hour or until lightly browned. |
