Portobello Pizza

Ingredients:
1 4oz (approx) Portobello Mushroom
1/2 cup Mozzarella Non Fat or Low Fat cheese
TBSP Contadina Pizza sauce

Directions:
cut the stem off the Portobello then add a tbsp of pizza sauce and spread on the stem side of the mushroom. Top with mozzarella cheese then put in the broiler for 2 min. I generally cook the mushroom on the grill or, if you have one, a George Foreman grill to precook the mushroom first.
